What you agree to
- ApplianceBot may store and process business and customer information you enter so it can schedule jobs, generate estimates, and support service records.
- ApplianceBot may use AI features to draft replies, summarize calls, diagnose likely issues, and suggest parts or next steps.
- ApplianceBot may send customer communications by SMS, voice, email, or portal messages when you configure those integrations.
- You are responsible for collecting any required customer permissions for recording calls, sending texts, or using automated outreach in your jurisdiction.
- You can review, export, or request deletion of stored workspace data based on your plan, account settings, and applicable law.
